Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order within two (2) hours of purchase by contacting customer service. If the order has already shipped, please follow the return instructions below.

How to Start a Return

Contact us: Email contact@motorbuilds.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if relevant.
Receive authorisation: We’ll send a return-authorisation code and return instructions.
Pack the item: Include the original packaging, all components, and the authorisation form/instructions.
Ship it back: Use a tracked service. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Approval notice: We’ll confirm approval or rejection of your return within 3 business days of receiving it.
Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Confirmation: You will receive an email once the refund is processed.

Exchange Policy

Defective or incorrect items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or arrange a refund.
